Show CHILDREN WILL BE ABLE TO BUY PENNY MILK During the coming school year, "penny milk" will be available under un-der local sponsorship for distribution distribu-tion to more than 200 thousand school children living in rural and small urban areas throughout the western states, according to announcement an-nouncement made today by J. Worth Gutke, area supervisor of the Agricultural Marketing Administration, Ad-ministration, United States department depart-ment of agriculture. This is a part of a national school milk expansion program wherein children living in communities of 10,000 population, or less, may pur-fhase pur-fhase a half-pint of milk for a penny each school day. In explanation of the term "penny "pen-ny milk," Mr. Gutke stated: "It 'imply means that children may uy milk at school at a cost not jo exceed one penny per half -pint.
