From i there they went directly south " across Texas to San Antonio Houston and to Galveston and then along the gulf road to New Or- leans. They also spent some time in Gulfport, Miss., and returned by f way of Baton Rouge, Shreveport, La., Dallas, Amarillo, Tex., and Colorado. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Child spent a day or two this week on business and vacationing in Las Vegas, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence K. Smith and two daughters and their son Joe R. Smith and his wife and baby Debbie visited in Springville and at Mapleton with Mrs. Smith's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Car-nesecca, Car-nesecca, Sr., over the weekend from Ketchum, Ida, Joe and his wife are from Monterey, Calif., spending a 30-day leave with his parents and friends. Pfc. John Herbert Carnesecca is home on a 30-day leave from Fort Sill, Okla., visiting his grandparents, grandpar-ents, Mrs. Esther Harmer in Idaho. Herbert leaves on April 5 to serve in Germany. , |
