Show (doming. Events . . . '29 Class Reunion The Springville high school class of 1929 will celebrate their Silver Jubilee anniversary at a reunion scheduled for September 4, at Kelly's Grove. Class members will assemble at the high school for pictures and visiting at 5:30 p.m., and will later go to Kelly's Grove. Sixth Ward Relief Society Meeting ' All members of the Sixth ward Relief Society are requested to meet at the home of President Hilda Hil-da Cherrington Friday at 4 p.m., to have their pictures taken for the Relief Society book which Mrs. Hannah Clyde is compiling. A social so-cial and refreshments will follow. Do You Remember? Party Planned The annual Do You Remember? party for friends and former class members of the high school is being be-ing held this evening, Thursday, at 7 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m., at Kapps Melody Inn. Mrs. Myrtle Price of Orem is general gen-eral chairman of arrangements. Weight Family Reunion Set The descendants of Frederick Weight are planning to hold their annual summer reunion on August 14 at Kelly's Grove, Hobble Creek canyon and are asking all relatives to make plans now to attend. Talbot Reunion Descendants of the Henry Talbot Tal-bot family will hold their annual reunion on Saturday August 7, at 10 a.m., at Hinckley. All are asked to bring basket lunch and enjoy the festivities of the day. The reunion re-union had previously been announced an-nounced for Oak City in some other papers but it will be in Hinckley. ' Girl Graduates Of Class of 1952 A reunion of the girl graduates of the class of 1952 will be held at Homestead Saturday at 3 p.m. and all are invited. If there are some members of the class not contacted, they are asked to call Margene Rawle or Ilene Huber. |
