These, plus numerous othV I factors lead to an optimistfc Z 7 cast -of good fishing throng I the 1954 season ahead ghout Trout Season Closes Sunday The 128 day general trout season sea-son comes to a close on Utah waters wa-ters at 9 p.m. Sunday, October 11, with reports indicating that it has been a successful one for most anglers. Several lower elevation waters are open to year around angling. License holders desiring to fish after October 11 should check the 1953 angling proclamation for such waters before going afield. Spokesmen for the Fish and Game department note that most of the state's twelve hatcheries are now segregating the trout stocks raised this year. Near legal and larger fish will be planted in the near future into waters where past experience has shown a good carry-over of fall planted trout.
