Show Sixth Ward MIA Plans Program Special Interest class of the Sixth ward MIA will conclude their class work for the summer sum-mer Tuesday night with a special spec-ial program planned for the evening. Scoutmaster Max Knight will be in charge of the program and has secured George Jaynes who will show slides on Alaska and give comments com-ments of his experiences there. All Scouters and their parents are given a special invitation to be in atendance for this program. jplacei to Cjo . . . Alpha Beta Club Alpha Beta club members will be entertained at a regular meeting Friday afternoon at 3 p.m. at Bart's. Special Jnterest 11th Ward MIA The customs and life of the Maori people of New Zealand will be portrayed by the Kia-ora Kia-ora Club of the BYU at the 11th ward Special Interest Class next Monday evening, April 29, announces Maurice Manwaring, program chairman. There will be between 20 and 30 people on the program and a special invitation is extended everyone in the ward and their friends to attend. The program is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Legion Aux. Past President's Meet Past Presidents of the Legion Auxiliary are invited to make reservations for the annual Breakfast to be held at Park's Cafe in Orem Saturday at 10:30 a.m. - Ladies Literary Club Members of the Ladies Literary Liter-ary club will hold their annual Mothers and Guest Day program pro-gram next Tuesday evening, April 30, at 7:30 p.m., at the Social Center in Spanish Fork. It will be a no-hostess meeting, with officers in charge of the program. |
