Notice To Stockholders Notice is hereby given to all stockholders of the Basic Metals Corp. that the annual meeting of the stockholders will be held at the mine in the Narrows of the Right Fork of Hobble Creek Canyon beginning at 2:00 p.m. on May 25, 1957 for the purpose pur-pose of electing- officers, altering alter-ing the by-laws and transacting transact-ing any other business which may properly come before the stockholders at that time.
