Show $ City Seeks Bids On Heating, Cooling Library In the Herald this week, Springville Spring-ville city is calling for bids for the installation of a cooling and heating heat-ing system in the public library. The bids are to be opened at regular reg-ular council meeting at 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, in the City Hall, according to Lloyd Ashcroft, city recorder. ' Details concerning the job and forms on which bids may be made, may be secured from the recorder's record-er's office. The present system consists of a stoker-fired warm air furnace and it is to be replaced by a modern mod-ern gas furnace and a mechanical cooling unit using overhead air i distribution by means of ceiling diffusers.
