Show Peach Crisp 3 cups sliced or frozen peaches, (or apricots). 1 tablespoon lemon juice. One third cup flour. 1 cup rolled oats, (quick or old fashioned, uncooked). V2 cup brown sugar teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon i One third cup melted butter or margarine. Place peaches in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine dry ingredients; add melted butter, mixing until crumbly. crum-bly. . Sprinkle crumb mixture on top of peaches. Bake in moderate oven (375 deg. F) about 20 minutes or until peaches are tender. |
