The LDS services in all wards of the stake Sunday evening, will be in charge of the Scouts as the opening feature of the week. The climax of the week will be on Saturday when the Scouts will go to Paysbn Canyon for their annual an-nual Snow Carnival. Recent snow and winter weather will add to the fun scheduled to get underway at 10 a.m., with lunch served at noon. The meat will be furnished and the boys will bring their bread and other lunch items. During the week, there will be several Scout banquets in the wards and a display of Scout han-diwirk han-diwirk will be seen in the various store windows. An exciting feature of the week to which all Scouts and their dads are urged to attend, is the demonstration and talk next Monday evening in the Third-Ninth ward hall at 8 p.m., given by Cap Morrison, nationally known marksman and firearms safety expert. The Explorer Roundtable is canceled can-celed due to other activities of the week. The regular Scout Round-table Round-table will be held the following Wednesday, February 15. |
