Push to one side and remove all but 2 tablespoons fat from skillet. In this, brown mushrooms, add onion and garlic. gar-lic. Blend in 3 tablespoons flour, add tomato juice and cook until un-til thickened. Add Worcestershire Worcester-shire sauce, teaspoon salt and Ys teaspoon pepper. Simmer 30 minutes. In the meantime, cook 7 to 8 ounces spaghetti in3 quarts boiling, salted water. When tender, drain and serve topped with sauce. If egg or meat has marred your washable table linens, soak first in cold water, then wash in hot or lukewarm suds depending upon what the. fabric can take. For non-washable materials, use carbon car-bon tetrachloride. Grease stains should first be rubbed with soap, then washed in hot suds. If the stain remains, treat with a solvent like carbon tetrachloride. tetra-chloride. Iron rust stains on cottons and linens respond usually to a soaking soak-ing in oxalic acid solution. When the stain disappears, place in a weak ammonia solution, then rinse thoroughly. |
