Show DEADLINE NEAR ON TAX DEED PROPERTIES All property that is now held under a 1933 certificate of tax sale in the county treasurer's office of-fice will go to the county auditor audi-tor for tax deed on March 15th unless redeemed before that date, or payment made of an amount equal to the 1933 tax, penalty, costs and interest at eight per cent from January 1st, 1934, which will postpone the taking; of the tax deed for one year. After March 15th no adjusted settlement can be had until after the public sale in May, but the property owner may redeem his property by pay men! of all delinquent de-linquent taxes, penalty, costs and interest at eight per cent. It is therefore to the interest of taxpayers who are delinquent for the year 1933 to see that the matter is taken care of before be-fore March 15th. |
