Show LUCY TUCKETT SERVICES SET Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted in the Third ward chapel at 1:30 p. m., Friday, for Mrs. Lucy Elizabeth Packard Tuckett, widow of Phillip W. Tuckett, and well known L. D. "3. church worker work-er of this community, who died of heart disease at a local hospital, late Monday night. Friends may call at the home of a daughter Mrs. Hazel Latimer, 95 North Main street, before the services. Burial will be in the City cemetery ceme-tery under the direction of Berg mortuary. Mrs. Tuckett was born September Septem-ber IS, 1867 in Springville, a daughter of Nephi and Elizabeth Clucas Packai'd. She was educated in the Springville schools and has made her home here always. During Dur-ing her later life she did considerable consider-able temple work. She was married mar-ried to Mr. Tuckett, September 4, 1879, in - the Endowment- bouse, Salt Lake City. She has always been a devout member of - the church. Mrs. Tuckett was one of the first telephone operators in this city. She is survived by one son, Phillip Phil-lip P. Tuckett, Novato, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Ella Brimhall, Bakersfield, Calif.; Mrs.- June Peterson, Provo; Mrs. Helen T. Wentz, , Grand View; Mrs. - Latimer, Lati-mer, Springville; ' 20 grandchildren;. grandchil-dren;. 8 great grandchildren, and the following brothers and a sister,. sis-ter,. Dr. N. H. Packard, Ogden; W. Otto Packard, Santa Ana, Calif.; George W. . Packard and Miss Sophia Packard, Salt Lake City. - i |
