Ferdinand Pecora, New York supreme su-preme court justice and former counsel for the senate banking committee, today was unanimously unanimous-ly elected president of the National Na-tional Lawyers' Guild. Pecora succeeds John P. De-vaney, De-vaney, former Minnesota supreme court chief justice. George T. Davis, California and Supreme Court Justice James H.
