Show CABINET MEETS ON WAR CRISIS LONDON, Sept. 14 (t'.nt The cabinet; at its gravest meeting since the World war, made ready today for a European explosion. It discussed mobilization plans, it announced that King George was returning at once to London to .consult with his ministers, and it was reported to have made arrangements ar-rangements for an early extraordinary extra-ordinary session of parliament. While the cabinet still was in session. United States ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy arrived at No. 10 Downing street, where it was meeting. Even before the cabinet met, it was reported that the defense ministers and chiefs of navy, army and air force staffs had been ordered to prepare complete mobilization plans ready for instant in-stant use if Germany attacked Czechoslovakia. |
