BE IT ORDAINED BY THE1 CITY COUNCIL OF SPRINGVILLE, SPRING-VILLE, UTAH: Section 1. Section amended. Section Sec-tion 71 of the Revised Ordinances of Springville, Utah, 1931, relating to City pouncil meetings' and Quorum, is hereby amended to read as follows: i 71. MEETINGS AND QUORUM. The city council shall be composed of the mayor, and five councilmen, elected as provided by law; it shall hold stated meetings on the first and third Mondays of each-month commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.; and adjourned meetings may be j held from time to time as circum- j stances may require. A majority shall form a quorum to do business. busi-ness. The mayor or any two councilmen coun-cilmen may call special meetings by giving a notice of it to each member thereoi: served personally, or left at his usual place of abode.
