Show Missouri Youth Second Offender In Utah County Jim Mallory, the Missouri youth who smashed the front showcases of Leven's Hub in Provo on September Sep-tember 25 and was captured half-an-hour later by the Provo police, is back in trouble again. Mallory is one of the two youths who escaped from the Og-den Og-den Industrial school last Sunday, stole the automobile of C. W. De-Remer, De-Remer, salesman for the United Electric Supply company in Salt Lake on Monday and was captured Tuesday by D. J. Sullivan of Juab county after selling Several of De 'Reiner's radios in Utah county. The boys saw De Remer step out of his car in Salt Lake Monday and immediately took possession of it, heading southward. They sold radios valued at from $10 to $100 for prices ranging from $3 to $11 according to Sheriff E. G. Durncll. Radios were sold in Lehi, Pleasant j Grove and Spring Lake and Sheriff I Durnell was informed of the sale I in Pleasant Grove. The boys were picked up by Sheriff Sullivan for driving at 50 miles an hour. Ma Ho i y was arrested by Provo police on September 25 after i smashing the Hub showcases and fleeing with a pair of trousers and a sweater. He was cornered in the i block near the Sears store a few minutes later and turned over to I juvenile court, later to be sent to l the Industrial school. |
