Show SPRINGVILLE BAND TO GIVE FIRSrCONCERT The first of the summer's scries of band concerts will be given at the Springville City park next Sun-da Sun-da y e veni n g be twee n 8 and a o'clock, according to announcement announce-ment oi" Ralph Snelson, manager. The band has been rehearsing for several weeks under the leader-shop leader-shop cf Ernest Halverson, director, for its summer's work. Already the band has been engaged to play in a number of celebrations during the coming season, among these being at Frovo on July 4, and Salt Lake. July 24. It is said the members of the bond are playing better music than ever before, a number of professional musicians having be-en added to the personnel person-nel of the organization. Among tho&c who are "first chair" men are; Jtalph Weight, cornet; John Hardy, clarinet; William Wil-liam Parry, trombone; Frank Van Duran, baritone; Guy Brown, bass.
