Show NEBO TEACHERS NAMEjDFFICERS A. O. Anderson, principal pf 'the Spanish Pork, high - school was" elected president of the Nebo Principals' Prin-cipals' study club at a meeting and luncheon of the, association held Wednesday evening at the Springville Spring-ville high school. Jesse Alloman, Washington school principal, was elected vice, president presi-dent and Howard Holliday, principal princi-pal of the Santaquin school, secretary secre-tary and treasurer. Two executive officers are to, be appointed and these with the three other officers will constitute the board. E. E. Knudsen, retiring president,- was in charge. Preceding this, meeting the executive ex-ecutive officers of the Nebo Teachers' Teach-ers' association elected A. E. Wall, Jr., of Goshn. president; John Warner War-ner of Spanish Fork, Mrs. Mac HunWngton of ' SpringvilLe and Stanley Wilson of Payson as delegates dele-gates to the Utah Educational association asso-ciation meet in Salt Lake, Oct. 16. During the luncheon an enjoyable enjoy-able program was given with a talk on the tax amendment by Dr. Amos N. Merrill of the Brigham Young university as the principal feature. Music was furnished by Alfred Swcnson, supervisor of music at the Springville high school, and community com-munity singing was led by Mrs. Lucille Stowell. Thirty-two members' mem-bers' and guests were in attendance. |
