Show OREGON MAN ROBSROOMIE' Robbing his' room mate, - L. T. Courtney, of $45 in greenbacks. J. W. "Bud" Chambers, 35, of Rose-burg, Rose-burg, Oregon, left Provo hurriedly hurried-ly for parts unknown, early Sunday Sun-day morning. Chambers and Courtney, who are employed by the Southern Prison company in the installation of the interior equipment of the new county jail at Center ' street and Twelfth West street, came here about two months ago. The men have been rooming together to-gether in the jail building since that time, according to Courtney who is from Fort Worth, Texas. As j Courtney' told- the story at the I sheriff's office Monday, Cham- j hers was out most Of the time; Saturday night, and did not show up until 4 o'clock Sunday morning. Courtney remembers seeing him cdme in at that time but went back to sleep as his companion was in the habrt of coming in late.
