Show Utah County Fair With the appointment of C. L. Warnick of Pleasant Grove as manager of the 1029 Utah county fair, the sue-' cess of this enterprise is again assured. Mr. Warnick is a j man of wide experience, well known for his business acu- ' men, f ml enjoys a country-wide acquaintance. From the beginning the county fair Iv.is been .very fortunate for-tunate in having had good men at the helm. Each manager has left his mark of progress, and as a result the fair has developed de-veloped into an institution worthy of the support of every citizen' of the county. Mr. Warnick's plans for the 1920 exhibit bespeak for him success. He is ardent in the belief that a combination of entertainment and education is essential, with emphasis on I , , education. Exploitation (if the county's resources in such a j manner as to encourage development in every line of worthy endeavor is his interpretation of a successful' county fair. To this end we agree with hirn. There are, so many industries, indus-tries, products, and enterprises within the borders of Utah' county worthy of the support of all, some of which are little known to many residents, that is is well that these things .should be seen. . . The county fair is a means to an end that of lending encouragement and impetus in the development of the county's coun-ty's resources. ; Evening Herald congratulates the fair board on its selection se-lection of a man of Mr. Warnick's type as manager of this year's fail.: -.We hope he will have the support of every town . in the county in his effort to make this a bigger and better exhibit. .
