G. Woodland at a meet-ing Tuesday. Mrs. Andrew Gray will begin the lesson with the teacher's topic at 1:30 p.m. Miss Althea Christensen and ,Mrs. Paul F. Erz joined Miss Clara Christensen of Salt Lake City Monday to attend the visi-tation of the state assembly of-ficers of the Rebekah lodge, I.O.-O.- F., to Olive Rebekah lodge No. 51, I.O.O.F., at Tooele. Mrs. Jen-ny Nelson of Salt Lake City, president of the state assembly, lead her suite of officers. Mr. and Mrs. R. R. Marriott and Mr. and Mrs. Raympnd Mar-riott and son, Danny, visited October 23 and 24 with releatives at Blackfoot, Arco and Preston, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Cyral J. Contratto spent Monday and Tuesday in Salt Lake City attending a police officers training school being di-rected by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Carlson Hall Honors Girls Margaret Austin and Ethel Richards of Bingham and Mary Evelyn Bullock of Magna were honored last week at the first large party of the school year to be held at Carlson Hall, wom-en's dormitory on the University 'of Utah campus. The party was formal and hon-ored girls celebrating birthdays during the months of September and October. The Misses Austin and Bullock have October birth-days, and Miss Richards is a "September child". Residents of the dorm o were in attendance at the attaii, and each girl invited a guest. Dancing in the beautiful dormi-tory reception room was follow-ed by bridge and games in the library and game room.
