November 13, 192:, Notice is Hereby Given that tlu Millfork Oil Shale Company, a corporation, cor-poration, by its duly authorized agent and attorney in fact, E. J. Itaddntz, whose postoffice address is Walker Bank Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application for patent to the Aetna No. 2, A'tna No. 3 and Aetna No. 4 placer mining claims, situate in an unorganized mining district, Utah County. State of UtuB, and more particularly described de-scribed by legal divisions as the SM, See. 4 and SEH Sec. 5, Township Town-ship 10 South, Range 6 East, S. L. II., containing an area of 480.00 acres according to Government sur- vev . That insofar as the SE1 Sec. 5, T. 10 S., R. 6 E., S. L. Mer. is concerned, con-cerned, applicant consents that patent pat-ent shall contain such appropriate notations declaring same subject to the provisions of the act of Dec. 29, 1916, (39 Stat., 802.) Said placer mining claims are of record in the office of the County Recorder of Utah. County, at Provo, Utah. I direct that the foregoing notice be published in the Spriugville Herald, Her-ald, a weekly newspaper published at Spriugville, Utah, the newspaper published nearest said claims, for nine consecutive issues.
