Show JAIL AND FINE ISIMPOSED Ninety days in the county jail and a fine of $150 was the sentence irivcn Clifford Anderson. 512 South Ninth Wpst street, when he appeared before Judge George S. Ballif of the city court Monday, on a charpe of having possession of intoxicating liquors. The judge stipulated that should the fine be paid when 30 days of the jail sentence had been completed com-pleted the remninder of the jail term would be suspended. Anderson was arrested Ratnrdnr night by Deputy Sheriffs R F. Roper and Ralph Neilson when a traveling bng containing 12 pints of moonshine in special pint hip pocket flasks was confiscated. |
