Show SUGAR CONCERN ; IS REORGANIZED j Incorporation papers of the Springville-Mapleton Sugar com- pauy, were filed with the county I clerk today. The new corporation t takes over the former Springville- f Mapleton Sugar company, which recently was acquired by the minor- uy interests. The following incorporators are listed : II. T. Reynolds, M. O. Pack- i ard, T. N, Taylor, Mark Cook and Win. C. McKenzie, all excepting Mr. i Taylor, being Springville citizens. The capitalization of the new f company is placed nt a million dol- t lars, divided into 100,000 shares t with a par value of 510 each.
