It was reported that, investigation of the feasibility of moving the large irrigation ditch that now runs through the fair grounds indicated that such a plan was nof only feasible, feas-ible, but also desirable. The board then authorized the secretary to procure bids for this change. Department supervisors were named as follows: Agriculture'-- W. J. Thayne, H. V. Swenson. Livestock R. C. Swalburg, L. D.
