Show SHERIFF BOYD GETS GUNMAN INELY, NEV. Sheriff J. D. Boyd and Deputies Otto Birk and Charles Coates are expected to arrive in Provo sometime some-time during Wednesday night with Arthur Dubois, the alleged gunman who is suspected of na-ving seriously serious-ly wounded Alex Chadra at Summit, near Eureka, -Saturday nignt. Dubois was arrested late Tuesday, acording to a telegram received nere Tuesday night from Sheriff Boyd at Ely, Nevada. The telegram stated that the officers would leave Ely early Wednesday morning with their prisoners. The woman accompanying accompany-ing Dubois on his flight from Eureka Eur-eka is also in custody of the Utah county officers. Details of the shooting of the Mexican will not be Ttnown nere until un-til after the arrival of the officers and the prisoners. The arrest of 'Dubois at Ely Tuesday Tues-day afternoon ended a search which bad been conducted by Sheriff Boyd and his deputies over two States about an hour after the shooting Saturday midnight. The chase for the fleeing gunman I extended as far south as Beaver and i into Ely, Nevada. TVhen reports I reached" Sheriff Boyd at Eureka ' Sunday afternoon that Dubois and a woman had passed through Delta on their wav to Ely Sunday shortly after noon, the sheriff immediately left for Helta where he was joined by Sheriff Frank H. Black of Millard Mil-lard county for the Nevada city. ! Deputies Birk and Coates, who 1 were at Beaver at that time, were ordered to proceed to Ely by way of j Baker City. , Monday the officers found the car I : in which the fugitives had made; their flight to Ely and the woman was also arrested.
