Sincerely, Springville High MarcW Band Submitted by Brent Johnson Robert Snyder Kent Sumsion itfl TO THE I letteditor1 Students seek help with band uniforms Dear Editor: For some years Springville High hasn't had a marching band and as you remember there was a great aeai or con- -' troversary about it last year. However this year with the change of band leaders we have a marching band, which has participated in the Region Five Marching Festival and the Utah Conuty Band Days at the BYU. The members of the band have worked hard and really enjoyed marching, but the only disappointing thing is that we were the only band without complete uni-forms. In years past the bands raised money and bought pants hats and ties and we are now raising money for new .coats. The band has to raise $150 and the school district will match what we raise.
