This figure sets a new record re-cord deer harvest for the state with an increase of 1333 animals ani-mals bagged over the previous pre-vious high kill of 130,845 taken in 1960. A total of 155,445 regular license hunters bagged 96,-376 96,-376 deer for an average success suc-cess figure of 62. Special permit hunting ac-' ac-' counted for the additional 35,-902 35,-902 animals making up the total of 132,278 animals harvested har-vested during all seasons and types of hunts.
