Show If you enjoy working with clues while getting better acquainted ac-quainted with Springville merchants mer-chants and what they have to offer, fun will begin for you in the Springville Herald on Thursday February 25. You won't need a gun or be willing to travel . . . this is a strictly arm-chair game of detective de-tective work. The mysteries to be solved will be right here So make a reservation with your favorite easy chair and get set to match wits with this newspaper. You and the Springville Herald Her-ald may flex mental muscles in the game called Who's Who in Springville, which starts two weeks from today. It will be explained fully in the issue of Feb. 25, but here's a little "sneak preview," of the kind of family fun game that has won more fans than any other feature offered in a weekly newspaper. You will begin by looking over a group of small ads under un-der the title "Who's Who in Springville. As you glance through the ads, you will observe ob-serve some words, numbers or phrases which do not fit the rest of the ad. But actually these odd things that don't fit will be clues to identify the man or woman in Springville who has been selected as Who's Who or the mystery personality personal-ity of the week. So the little odd sounding words, phrases or numbers will be clues and if you do a real Mike Hammer job of sleuthing sleuth-ing out the clues, you may win a valuable cash prize. More information on the contest will be given next week. We just add that the contest, according to other newspaper publishers, has proved prov-ed immensely popular. Its popularity pop-ularity is due partly to the fine cash prizes offered and because be-cause it is fun, so much fun in fact that the whole family looks forward to the paper each week.
