The letter stated in part: "This is a good example of how civic pride brings a bonus divident in free publicity to a community. "The prime reason for your spring cleanup of course, is to make your town a better place to live and work, but when it is recognized in a national publication pub-lication with ' a beautiful full-color full-color picture, then your efforts ef-forts are doubly rewarding." Also from the Peruvian Embassy Em-bassy in Washington D. C, came appreciation of the fine reception given Dr. Vasquez, who came here as a result of this city being known as an art center to study a small city.
