Mr. and Mrs. Bert West have returned from a two weeks vi-sit in Inglewood, Calif., the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Roger D. West and son Jeffrey. Ro-ger was recently given his hon-orable discharge from the Navy in which he has served two years and is employed in a business establishment at In glewood. The Wests toured many places of interest in and near Los Angeles and Ingle-wood. Mrs. Francis Hazel is spend-ing several weeks in Hunting-ton Park, Calif., visiting with her daughter Annette and other friends and relatives. sited Mr. and Mrs. Ray H. Beckett (Mary Walker) at Los Angeles and Capt. Don Frand-se- n, who is attending the Uni-versity at Los Angeles for two months from New York. Sgt. and Mrs. Harry AUred have returned to his station at Point Mgue, Calif., after a several days visit here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil C. Allred and other relatives and friends. He expects to be giv-en his release from the Marines the first of April after four years service. All of the time he spent in Hawaii except the last year in California. He has been accepted as a fireman in Los Angeles, where they will make their home after April 1. Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Beesley and son Mike are spending a weeks vacation in Springville yjeu6 looted Mrs. Hazel Walker who has been spending the past few months with her daughter Mary (Mr. and Mrs. Ray H. Beckett) at Los Angeles, Calif., has gone to see another daugh-ter and son-in-la- Mr. and Mrs. Theon Laney and family at Luftin, Texas. They expect to return to Utah at general conference time. Mr. and Mrs. Abe Ullock in company with their daughter Emma and Miss Gloria Lang-sto- n of Salt Lake City are spending this week on a vaca-tion trip to the Flaming Gorge Dam site in Arizona and in Phoenix. They expected also to visit relatives in Long Beach, Calif., and return home by way of Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. H. Bjarnson accompanied by Mrs. Lela Nel-son have returned from an en-joyable visit in California. The Bjarnsons spent most of the time with a daughter Sharlene (Mr. and Mrs. Dale Sanson) at Buena Park, while Mrs. Nelson visited an uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon S. Winsor and also visited other relatives and friends at Compton, Chula Vis-ta, Anaheim, Covina and Nor-wal- k.
