Show Lunchbox With Personality j With the advent of school, mothers everywhere will begin to, pad lunchboxes. A sandwich lunch can be exciting if variety and imagination imag-ination are part of a nutritious and tasty meal. Rate the lunchboj you pack. How many of the seven points below do you observe? 1. Cut sandwiches in small sections for children. They will b easier to eat. Try triangles, strips and bite size cubes. Wrap them in transparent plastic wrap to keep fillings moist and breads fresh. 2. Peel or score oranges or other large fruit with a knife foi easier eating. The orange may go uneaten if the peel is difficult tc remove. Wrap peeled fruit in plastic wrap to keep juices from spreading to other food. 3. Children who are finicky about eating an egg for breakfast Dften are delighted with a deviled egg for lunch. Place filled surfaces together and wrap in saran to keep moist. 4. Pickles and carrots cut in small pieces add a crispy texture to the meal. 5. For dessert, wrap crisp cookies or brownies for crunch appeal ffld quick energy. 6. Place milk or hot cocoa in a thermos if not available at ichool. 7.
