He said, "Our goal under this new plan of organization is to more quickly and efficiently serve all people dealing with our department on both the state and local level. We further fur-ther expect a better resource management program tp result re-sult from the authority placed in each regional office." Crane noted that the number num-ber of operating divisions at headquarters has been reduced from nine to six by consolidating consolidat-ing several divisions into one now known as the Field Services Ser-vices Division.
