Show QUAIL, BASS, TROUT, SUNFISH $10.00 REWARD. The Manti Gun Club hereby offers a reward of Ten Dollars to any person who will give them information leading to the conviction of any one for killing, shooting shoot-ing at, or entrapping a quail during any month in the year, and the same reward is offered for information leading to the conviction of any one for catching trout or bass in our adjacent waters. Recently the Manti Gun Club imported import-ed and turned loose in Manti fields five - dozen quails, and the members of the Club respectfully request that the people peo-ple of Manti, one and all, interest themselves them-selves in these birds and assist the Club in protecting them. The law protects the quail the year round and any person killing, entrapping, shooting at a quail, or having the same in his possession, is guilty of a misdemeanor misde-meanor and may be imprisoned in the county jail not exceeding six months and fined in any sum less than three hundred dollars. In addition to the quail above mentioned, men-tioned, the Club, during the past year, has stocked the waters adjacent to Manti with 15,000 trout, 35,000 trout spawn, 400 sunfish and a number of grown bass. Having accomplished the above at the expense of the members of the Club, we feel that the citizens of Manti should ' interest themselves sufficiently to mate rially assist us in the protection of the above named birds and fish until they shall have gotten a good start in this vicinity.
