wit lots four 4 and five 5 block twenty seven 27 plat A provo city burbey including all water rights thereunto belonging which said con was made in trust to secure to the order of alie lombard investment company the payment of the said martha A E and phillip H Bee eleya one certain promissory note of even date with said deed of truer lor the principal sum of fifteen hundred 1500 dollars due and payable april with interest thereon from the date thereof until maturity at the rate of six 6 par cent per annum payable semi annually and with interest thereon after maturity at the rate of twelve 12 per cent per annum payable semiannually and whereas it is provided in said deed of trust that in case of default in ahe payment of said promissory note or the interest thereon or the taxes on eaid real estate the trustee shall upon the application of the legal holder of of the eaid note sell and dispose of said premises and all the richt title bene fit and of redemption of the said
