TREATIES ARE AGREED UPON American and British Governments Come to an Understanding on Several Questions Boundary International Fisheries and Boundary Questions Affecting Canada and the United States Presented to the Canadian Parliament Ottawa Ontfhe text of the two treaties recently passed by the American Amer-ican and British governments respectIng respect-Ing the International fisheries null boundary questions affecting Canada and the United States wero presented to parliament by Sir William Laurlor Tuesday afternoon The treaty with respect to fisheries provides for a uniform means for the protection preservation and propagation propaga-tion of the food and fishes In the waters wat-ers contiguous to the International boundary fIt It Is provided that uniform regjilaJ tlons shall be made by an Intcrna tlonal fisheries commission of tw I persons one being appointed by each of tho two governments They wil draft uniform laws as to close seasons sea-sons methods of fishing size of nets The remarking of the international boundary refers In detail to the several sev-eral sections of the line In dispute and provides for the appointment of expert geographers and commission representatives of both countries to rcdcllneate the boundary In the event of dispute provision Is made for the appointment of a third arbitrator
