G. agent, Walter Forney, was up town for lunch last Friday he lost his pocket book containing about $400.00 in currency and checks. After missing the pocket book he made a thorough search of all places visited on that date without finding it He had overlooked the fact that he had called on Messrs. Jensen & Larsen of the City Drug Store, where the pocket book had evidently slipped from his pocket. It was picked up by Mr. Jensen and kept for a joke until Sunday evening when it was returned to the agent. The finder refused a reward, merely asking the agents good will, which he will surely always have. The loss was reported to the railroad officials at once, and they promptly responded by sending Special Detective Mullen, and together with Deputy Sheriff Alma Hales they began a vigorous search for the money. Route Agent Gooden of the Wells Fargo Express Co., and Traveling Auditor Robinson 6f the D. & R. G.
