Show MANY AN ORDINANCE Amending Section 172, Chapter 23 of the Revi'ed Ordinances of Span iah Fork City, Utah County, Slate of Utah, Relating to Intoxicating Liquors. He it Ordained by the Clty Council of Spanish Fork City: Section 1. That section 172 of the Revised Ordinances pf Spanish Fork City, of 1905, be. and the same hereby so as to amended and read as follows: Section 172. Amounts to be paid for licenses. The following amounts shall be and are hereby established us the charge for licenses under the provisions ot this chapter, As a marufacturer, $000.00 per an num; As a retail dear, $900.00 per annum; As a wholesale dealer, $000.00 per annum; As a druggist, $350.00 per annum. All said sums shall be payable strictly in advance; provided, that in no case shall any payment issued, entitle the licensee to conduct more than one place of business thereunder.
