" 1 Several Cars Are Commandeered Comman-deered by Helena, Mont., Delegation for Trip. -r IXETEEN charming young ivomcn emploj'ees of the Oregon y Short Lino .railroad, including Mrs. Iona Powell, Mrs. Eva Mc-Collum, Mc-Collum, Miss Pearl Seals, Miss Louise Yunker, Mrs. Man' MeKean Pitts, Miss Itoda Spencer, Miss Prances Pitt, Mrs. Ina Eaton, Miss Ivy I'razicr, Miss Emma LaiiRiiran, Ml.s Ednah Wallace, Miss Edith Busche, Miss Pearl Spencer, Miss Winnifred Cummings, Miss Eileen Parnev, Mrs. Hattio Earley and Miss liertha Borgquist were the guests of tho Yellowstone Park -transportation .company and the Oregon Short Line railroad in a sightseeing sight-seeing trip in and about the city last evening in two of the 12-passenger Yellowstone park touring cars, several of which were commandeered h' the Helena, Mont., delegation for their trip to Salt Lake to attend the liotary club convention. Bud Ball driving car 53 and Bob Wrien driviiig car 13 probably never in their history had the privilege of transporting such an exclusively feminine fem-inine list of passengers and Bud and Bob, two of iho most trustworthy of Y'ellowstone chauffeurs, unanimously voted the occasion a complete success in every respect. The cars wero furnished with the compliments of Major William M.Nichols, M.Nich-ols, assistant to tho president of the Yellowstone Park Transportation company, com-pany, and were escorted by D. S. Spencer, Spen-cer, general passenger agent of the Oregon Short Line, assisted by A. V. Peterson, advertising agent. This morning the cars will leave for Y'ellowstone. |
