The Idaho delegation formed the vanguard for the entire parade. I : ; ; I - - - - : J Governor Davis to Direct ! Spending Fund for Returned Re-turned Men. IDAHO dele-rates, representing the four Idaho Kotary clubs, met last night at their headquarters and j voted $5000 to Governor P. W. Davis, who is in New York receiving Idaho overseas soldiers, as funds to entertain returned service men from the Gem state. ! The motion was made by Clercy P-t. Clair, president of the Idaho Falls Ko-tarv Ko-tarv club, in a patriotic address "to the Idahoans. MeCarthy of Boise endorsed the resolution voting funds to entertain returning Idaho soidiers.
