Show Book SHONTS WILL IN FAVOR OF HIS WIDOW, LOST NEW YORK; Nov. 6. The late Tlieo- doro P. Shouts, president of the Inter-borough Inter-borough Rapid Transit company, made a will in favor of his widow. Mrs. Milla XX Shonts, but the document cannot be found, according to a petition filed by rawgraher today in surrogate's court here, when she was appointed temporary adnunistra- trix of her husband's estate. The will, which was drawn up In 1904, named her as sole beneficiary of the estate of the traction head, valued at $474,000, she said. Just before Mr. Shonts died, his widow wid-ow said, she learned he was about to make another will, leaving the greater part of his property ,to a woman who was not related to him.
