Show THREE-YEAR-OLD BOY LOST ENTIRE DAY With tears on his cheeks, three-vear-old Ward Hall, Jr., son of Mrs. Ward Hall of San Francisco, was returned to his mother at the Hotel Utah yesterday evening by the police, after -wandering about the streets of Salt Lake since early in the morning. Ward junior was the object of the police po-lice department's search for a number of hours, following his disappearance from his mother's side when she was paying her check for breakfast at a Main street cafe. The little tad had become restless, and, pushing through the front door, mysteriously vanished. An alarm was sent to police headquarters and the search began. It ended late in the afternoon, after-noon, when the at tent ion of Patrolman Leroy Pean was attracted to the sleeping child curled up on the porch of a residence resi-dence at -164 South Main street. Mrs. Hall is the wife of Ward ITall of the federal railroad commission and is on the way to visit relatives in Manti. |
