Strayer to E. V. Hanua & Co., for an aggregate consideration of nearly $40,000. A second large parcel of trackage was conveyed Saturday too late for recording from Butterworth & Peek to August II. Louis Stro-hauer, Stro-hauer, of 1600 feet of frontage on Thirteenth Thir-teenth North street, extending from the Bamberger railway on the east to the Oregon Short Line on the west about eleven acres in all, or 112 lots. The consideration is private, but the site for large factory use, being one of the most desirable in the whole "north yards" district, is known to have brought a good figure. It is said that mills of unusual size for this section of the country will rise on the site in due time. Two streets have been closed, and track laying on the site will likely soon commence.
