Show State Society X MONROE f MONROE. May 31. Mr. and Mrs. James Monson and family left Wednesday Wednes-day for Leslie, Idaho, where .they expect to make their home. The following soldier boys returned home from overseas last Saturday: "I'.ud" Morrison, Christian Gregerson and Albert Barney. Miss Olive Maglehy and Alton Anderson spent the last week-end visiting Mr. and Mrs. Harold Magleby at Greenwich. One of tho moat interesting1 events of commencement week was the junior prom given I-Yiday evening of last week by the Junior class of the high school in compliment to the seniors. The "Wyoming hall has never been so artistically decorated. deco-rated. The senior colors, silver and gold, were used in decorating the booth at the end of the hall, where ices and wafers were served, while the colors of the junior class, purple and white, were used for the streamers and lights. The posts in the middle of the hall were decorated .with purple and white flowers. Simplicity, Sim-plicity, charm and beauty were combined in tho gowns worn by the young girls, which added much to the beautiful picture. pic-ture. The patronesses were Mrs. F. A. Gray, Mrs. James Brown, Sr.. Mrs. Albert Goodman and Mrs. "VV. D. Crompton. 1 Mrs. Louis Kastor and son of Salt i Lake are visiting at iho home of Mr. and Mrs. I. Kastor on Summit street. Mrs. Sarah Roy, who has been spending spend-ing tlie winter in California, returned to 'Evanston the first of the week. Mr. and Mrs. David Lauder and son of Ely, Xev., arrived the first of the week to visit relatives and friends. Mrs. Laiider expects to spend the summer hero, but Mr. Lauder will return to Ely next week. F. L.
