OCR Text	Show FEDERAL COURT TERM OPENS AT POCATELLO Special to The Tribune. POCATELLO, Idaho, Oct. 14. The fall term of the federal court for the southeastern south-eastern district of Idaho opened here yesterday, with Judge F. S. Dietrich of ' Boise presiding. Yesterday and today 1 v.-ere devoted to business of the grand jury, and the day also was devoted in part to naturalization matters. Tomorrow Tomor-row the jurors will be summoned and the disposition cr the case on the calendar begun. Court official ? who came here from Boise with Judge Dietrich were Clerk W. D. Reynolds, Marshal LeRoy Jones, Chief Deputy Marshal C. R. Mosher. District Dis-trict Attorney J. L. McClear, Assistant District Attorney J. R. Smead and Reporter Re-porter C. W. McC iean. It is probable that the calendar will be cleared up this week.
