DEMOBILIZATION OF FRENCHMEN DECREED PARIS, Oct. 14. President Polncare today to-day signed a decree of general demobilization, demobili-zation, effective upon the cessation of hostilities. i While official announcement of the ending end-ing of the state of war has not yet oeen made, it is provided that the promulgation promulga-tion of the ratification of the peace treaty will be considered as the date for the cessation of hostilities. President Poin-care's Poin-care's signature was attached yesterday to the document ratifying the treaty and other acts signed at Versailles on June 28. The actual ending of the state of war requires also other official formalities, formali-ties, which have been, or will be at an ! early date, carried out.
