Following the ceremonies at the rail- ' way ' station the king made a tour of sever.il of Cincinnati's industrial plants, , 1 and the queen visited the principal hos- pitals. After luncheon the king and queen went to Music hall, where a special symphony sym-phony concert was given in their honor under direction of Eugene Ysaye, a Belgian Bel-gian subject. The special train carry! ng the royal party left Cincinnati for Pittsburg at 9 o'clock tonight. Kin" Albert sent the following message to President Wilson last night: "It is with keen regret that I learn that because of your illness it will be impossible for you and Mrs. "Wilson to receive the cueen and myself during our visit to Washington.
