ACCIDENT VICTIM'S CONDITION IMPROVED Special to The Tribune. OGPEX. Sept, 2S. The condition of Max Terrell. L years of age, son of Pr. George Terrell, who was run down by an automobile driven by John J. Davis of Pleasant View. was reported as slightly improved today. According to the report of the police who investigated the accident Saturday, the boy was said to be playing in the street near the home at the corner of Eleventh street and Washington avenue. The automobile -first knocked the boy down, then rolled him along the street before passing over his body. It was said the boy's back bore the marks of one of the wheels.
