Bingham gave a one-a- ct play, "Nancy's Legacy" and a creative dance directed by Vir-ginia Harris as their part on the program. In the dance were Don-na Davies, Bill Johnson, DcLana Pollock, Russell Boren, Ethel Richards, Jack Householder, Miss Harris and Rex Holland. tended a dinner at Ogden last night given by the O. E. E. Community church entertained at dinner .Thursday from five until seven o'clock. Mrs. E. E. Longfellow, Mrs. D. E. Ireland and Mrs. Ernest Prigmoro were in charge of the dinner, assisted by Mrs. W. S. Luncheon Is Event of Week Members of the Martha Circle held their annual spring bridge luncheon Saturday at the Mason-ic hall. General arrangements were in charge of Mrs. Lester W. Sumnicht, assisted by two committees: refreshments, Mrs. Will Thomas, Mrs. W. H. Tre-varthe- n, Mrs. Andrew Anderson; entertainment, Mrs. Max Du-Boi- s, Mrs. Bert Thomas, Mrs. John West. Baskets of lilacs and bridal wreath, and bowls of glowing yellow and vivid rose tulips were placed about the hall. Mrs. M.E. Smernoff won house prize, Mrs. Theo Chesler and Mrs. Eugene Morris high score bridge prizes. The wedding took place in Salt Lake City Monday. Miss Ogata is a graduate of Jerome high school and Mr. Yam-asaki has been an employee of the U. S. mines for the past four years. The ncwlyweds will make their home in Copperfield. A swim at the municipal pool was followed by a luncheon at the home of Sher-iff S. Grant Young, who awarded the following boys of Bingham with merit certificates: James Ballamis, captain; Robert Nelson, Lieutenant; Willard Lombardi, sergeant; Charles Mulander, Eenny Perea, Eldon Archibald. Later 250 junior school police of Salt Lake county attended a theatre. Four boys from Copper-- j field and four from Highland Boy also attended the entertain-ment.
