Study of Red Cross methods with a view to Japanese Japa-nese co-operation in relief work overseas is the purpose of an imperial Red Cross commission headed hy Prince Yoshihisa Takugawa, which arrived here today and I was welcomed by William Lawrence j Keane of Washington, D. J.. represent-I represent-I ing Henry P. Davison, chairman of the i Red Cross war council. I Local Red Cross officials joined in the ! greeting, and have arranged to entertain the visitors and introduce them to American Amer-ican war activities during their our days' stay here. The commission is headed by Prince Takugawa and includes in-cludes Count K. Katsu, Lr. A. O. Nina-gawa, Nina-gawa, Dr. S. Hawmura, Y. Naito, S. Kagegama, H. Yosbida, H. Furusawa and I. Fi jimori. They are planning to carry their investigations to all allied countries. |
